The FORGE System
Five steps, run in order. Find comes first and it is free: a written list of what to fix first, plus your numbers as they stand today. Yours to keep whether you hire us or not.
We map how work moves through the business and write down where it stands today, including the site’s scores and how many visitors currently get in touch.
Why it is first: A redesign does not delete your analytics or Search Console history, but a measurement nobody took cannot be reconstructed, and an undocumented old site is hard to evaluate accurately once it is gone. Every other step can be redone.
You get: a prioritized list of what to fix first, and a dated record of the starting point.
Cut the steps that should not exist, and correct what the pages actually say. Automating a bad process makes the mess faster; rebuilding around the wrong message makes a prettier version of the wrong thing.
Why this saves money: every step deleted here is a step nobody has to build, pay for or maintain later.
You get: a simplified process, written plainly enough for a new hire, and pages reordered so they answer who you are, what you do, why you can be trusted, why you should be believed, and why now.
Build the automation on the simplified process, and repair or rebuild the site depending on what the audit justified.
It is not another app for your team to learn. Where we can, the automation runs inside the tools they already open every morning.
You get: working automations with a runbook, and a site that can be read by search engines and assistants.
The hours you get back and a working site go into bringing work in: the search and content work, and the dashboard that shows what changed.
You get: the ongoing work, reported against the numbers recorded in Find.
Copy what works into the next crew, location or service line, so growth stops being a project each time.
The second location opens already running the process the first one took a year to work out: the same steps, the same automations, the same numbers on the same dashboard. The goal is not that you need us every month. It is that the business keeps running on a week when you do not.
You get: a playbook that can be handed to somebody else.
What this is not
- Not a fixed timeline. The sequence is fixed; the pace depends on the business.
- Not a guarantee of a result at any step.
- Not a reason to skip measurement. If a client declines Find, we will say what cannot then be proven.
